Once I place my order, how long does it take to ship?
We process all orders Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a national holiday will be processed the following business day. In stock orders can usually be delivered within 5 business days. However, if the item is out of stock, we will notify you via email that the piece will need to be produced. Since every piece is handcrafted production times may vary. Custom/personalized pieces may take 4-6 weeks for production. If there is a specific date you would need it by, please let us know, and we will try our best to accommodate.

Can you tell me a bit about the materials, stones, and diamonds in your pieces?
Liven Co. is dedicated to promoting socially responsible jewelry. We use ethically sourced materials and stones, including conflict-free natural diamonds. We set all of our pieces in 14k and 18k gold.

Can I try on your jewelry before I buy it?
You can find our jewelry in dozens of fine retailers, including the United States, Canada and around the world. For a complete list of physical retail locations that carry our pieces, please check out our Stockists page.
I don’t see my size… can I place a custom order?
Yes! We can create a customized piece in your specific size. Please send us a customization request at email@example.com with the piece you would like us to customize, your size, and your contact information. Please understand that custom orders can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to produce and ship.
Are you able to custom make a piece for me? Are you able to make a piece around my loose stones?
If you have a question about a custom piece, let us know and we will do our best to help. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to work with your loose stones.
How can I best care for my Liven jewelry?
Quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. With proper care, your pieces can be enjoyed for generations to come. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate, so please wear and enjoy your pieces with love and care. When not wearing your Liven pieces, please ensure that each piece is stored in it’s own separate pouch or box. To prevent tangling of chains, we recommend keeping your necklace or chain bracelets in its individual small plastic jewelry zip bag with the clasp outside the bag. To clean your diamond and gold Liven pieces, you can dip the piece in a bowl with warm water and a little bit of mild dish soap. Use a soft toothbrush to gently loosen any dirt. Rinse in warm running water and dry with a soft, lint free cloth.
What is your repair policy?
If your Liven piece is in need of a repair, please email us with your name, order number, photo of the damaged piece, description of the repair so that we may discuss options for repair.
Returns and Exchanges
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Merchandise Authorization (a return can not be processed without obtaining an RMA number first). Once you receive an RMA number, you have 5 business days to send the merchandise back.
